Board Update

• Jim M. has been appointed as the fifth Board Member (maintenance/auxiliary). In addition to serving as Maintenance Inspector, Jim will provide continuity and support to the Board in its governance responsibilities.

Amendment Passed

• The amendment to secure financing and strengthen Board continuity has been approved.

• This ensures contractors are paid responsibly, avoids disruptive special assessments, and provides stability for future projects.
