  • What: Encapsulate buildings 248, 274, and 329 using the same method/materials as Building 361.

  • Why: Improve envelope performance, reduce maintenance, and match community standard.

4. Parking lot lighting at Building 361
  • What: Install parking‑lot lighting (fixtures, conduit) for 361 lot.

  • Why: Improve resident safety and visibility; complements completed encapsulation.

  • Status: Electrician plan already completed

5. Parking lot paving
