Constraints: Contractor availability.
2. Drive paving (deteriorated drive, non‑common loop)
What: Mill and repave the deteriorated drive segment.
Why: Restore safe driving surface and avoid larger reconstruction costs.
3. Crawlspace encapsulation — Buildings 248, 274, 329
What: Encapsulate buildings 248, 274, and 329 using the same method/materials as Building 361.
Why: Improve envelope performance, reduce maintenance, and match community standard.
4. Parking lot lighting at Building 361
What: Install parking‑lot lighting (fixtures, conduit) for 361 lot.
Why: Improve resident safety and visibility; complements completed encapsulation.
Status: Electrician plan already completed
5. Parking lot paving
What: Repave community parking lots.
Why: Extend pavement life and reduce ongoing patching.
6. Photosensor Light Activators
What: Replace old photosensor light activators.
Why: Aging photosensors could fail and thus fail to activate common area lights.
